Ensemble Sustainability: A Survey

Hello and welcome,

I am a graduate student finishing up a degree in Arts Administration at Columbia University, Teachers College in New York City and am pursuing a thesis study pertaining to the sustainability of ensemble companies. I have just finished creating a brief - very brief! - survey to help gain a foundational understanding of various ensemble models and practices and would greatly appreciate the participation of Artistic Directors, Executive Directors, Managing Directors and other such decision-making representatives of ensemble theatres.
